Website use

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes related to learning about events, purchasing tickets, and contacting the company. You may not interfere with the site, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

Event admission

Every attendee must have a valid paid ticket or complimentary child registration. Children six and under must be registered and accompanied by a ticketed adult. Event-specific rules, venue rules, and lawful staff instructions apply.

Tickets and changes

Prices, included items, Ticket Protection, customer cancellations, postponements, and organizer cancellations are governed by the separate Refund and Ticket Protection Policy.

Safety and conduct

Guests must follow posted safety instructions and treat the venue, staff, vendors, and other guests respectfully. The organizer may refuse entry or remove a guest whose conduct creates a safety risk or materially disrupts the event, subject to applicable law.

Photography

Public event areas may be photographed or recorded. Any separate grant of rights for identifiable promotional use should be presented clearly during checkout or entry and is not implied by submitting a contact form.

Intellectual property

Site content and brand assets are owned by The Floating Lanterns LLC or used with permission. No license is granted beyond ordinary personal use of the site.

Disclaimers and liability

Outdoor events involve weather, terrain, crowds, and other inherent conditions. Nothing in these terms waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law and disputes

Any arbitration, class-action waiver, venue selection, or limitation-of-liability provision should be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before it is added to these terms. Until then, applicable law governs.
